Meet the Team

Renee is the founder and team leader for The Smart Living Team at Keller Williams Realty in Las Cruces. A real estate professional since 2006, she has focused on understanding green building technology, and about living better with energy efficiency, solar power, water conservation, and clean indoor air. In 2007 she became the first certified EcoBroker® in Southern New Mexico. As an EcoBroker®, Renee helps her clients save money and live more comfortably through energy efficiency, renewable energy, and better indoor quality.
Renee is a founding member and past President of the Las Cruces Green Chamber of Commerce. She has also served past President of the Las Cruces Association of Realtors and has served on numerous other boards including the United Way of Southern New Mexico.
A long-term resident of the Las Cruces area, she is excited to see Las Cruces come into its own as a vibrant, thriving community. She is a strong advocate of local business, local art, and local food. She is passionate about building health and quality of life for our community and everyone in it. She is a developing “foodie”, and loves spending time with her family and friends, bicycling, hiking, reading, and playing with her dogs. She loves to travel but is always happy to return home to Las Cruces.

Gabriella is a New Mexico native. She absolutely loves Las Cruces! She’s been in the real estate industry for 3 years and she actively sold real estate in the Las Cruces area for the first year. For the past 2 years, Gabriella has worked as a licensed assistant helping other realtors with their transactions. She is communicative, thorough and detail-oriented. Gabriella absolutely loves working with the Smart Living Team, guiding sellers and buyers with the necessary steps to a successful closing.
Realtor®, Buyer Specialist
Megan grew up in Kent, Washington but has always had family living in northern New Mexico and visited them frequently. She chose New Mexico State University due to a full-ride swimming scholarship, amazing coach, and the extended family she had close by. Megan graduated from NMSU with two degrees, a Bachelor’s in Biology and Bachelors in Criminal Justice. After which she moved back to her home town and found a passion for traveling and work. She became a program coordinator for a local non-profit and in addition became a Head Age Group Swim Coach for a club team. These positions offered her the ability to take an extended amount of time off to travel the world and experience life overseas every year.
In 2014 her nephew was born and fell head over heels. She definitely did not want to be the Auntie that lived 1700 miles away who gets to see her nephew once or twice a year so she settled back in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Megan feels that it is nice to be back in a more laid back tight-knit community where she can watch the beautiful desert sunsets on the Organs, smell the fresh desert rain and eat some of the best Red and Green Chile in the world. She enjoys working as an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty and Buyer Specialist with the Smart Living Team. Megan looks forward to each and every opportunity she is given to help people with their real estate needs.
Nancy joined the Smart Living Team at Keller Williams in Las Cruces in August 2019. She has an AAS degree in Secretarial Science and has a strong background for many years in Administration. Nancy has worked in the Real Estate industry for the last 12 years and we are delighted to have her on our team as our Executive Administrator.
Nancy moved to Southern New Mexico in 2018 from the East Coast and is excited to be living in some of the most beautiful areas in the country. She loves taking advantage of all that the Southwest and New Mexico has to offer including hiking (especially exploring the vast and amazing beauty of the Organ Mountains), camping, off-roading, exploring and experiencing the Southwest and the beauty of New Mexico, spending time with friends, family, and her Shih Tzu dog “Rocky”.

According to US Housing and Urban Development, a staged home will sell, on average, 17% higher than a home that is not staged. A survey done by the International Association of Home Staging Professionals®, shows that staged homes are on the market an average of 79 days less than non-staged homes.
The second “P”, pricing, and preparation go hand in hand. The pricing decision can have the biggest impact on how much you can make from the sale of your home.
