Meet the Team

Renee is the founder and team leader for The Smart Living Team at Keller Williams Realty in Las Cruces. A real estate professional since 2006, she has focused on understanding green building technology, and about living better with energy efficiency, solar power, water conservation, and clean indoor air. In 2007 she became the first certified EcoBroker® in Southern New Mexico. As an EcoBroker®, Renee helps her clients save money and live more comfortably through energy efficiency, renewable energy, and better indoor quality.
Renee is a founding member and past President of the Las Cruces Green Chamber of Commerce. She has also served past President of the Las Cruces Association of Realtors and has served on numerous other boards including the United Way of Southern New Mexico.
A long-term resident of the Las Cruces area, she is excited to see Las Cruces come into its own as a vibrant, thriving community. She is a strong advocate of local business, local art, and local food. She is passionate about building health and quality of life for our community and everyone in it. She is a developing “foodie”, and loves spending time with her family and friends, bicycling, hiking, reading, and playing with her dogs. She loves to travel but is always happy to return home to Las Cruces.

Gabriella is a New Mexico native. She absolutely loves Las Cruces! She’s been in the real estate industry for 3 years and she actively sold real estate in the Las Cruces area for the first year. For the past 2 years, Gabriella has worked as a licensed assistant helping other realtors with their transactions. She is communicative, thorough and detail-oriented.
